In the latest NIS 2012 when I try to see the list for 'All Files' in the Norton Insight-Applications Ratings it runs for a second or so then gives the message "Norton Application Ratings has encountered an unknown error. Please try again later." Perhaps related to this all files have 'Unknown' resource usage ratings. When I select "Highest Performance Impact" it runs and then there are no entries in the list.
This happens in my Windows 7 64-bit computer; in my Windows 7 32-bit computer it works fine and rates resource usage. I also have Performance Monitoring enabled in Settings.
I didn't find any related entry in the Norton Error Reporting in History.
