NIS 2012 Office Depot Rebate Error

NIS 2012 has two rebates from Office Depot this week. On the rebate forms they both ask for the Proof of Purchase tab which there is only one. Talked to rebate support and they stated the POP is used with the Upgrade Rebate and the UPC should be used with the Purchase Rebate. Both rebates are $30 and paid $59.99 at checkout so it only cost me $5.25 for tax and a couple stamps. This is for 3pc's.

Do you know where I can find a copy of that rebate form? I didn't print it out on black friday and now it is nowhere to be be found. Office Depot has been less than helpful. Thanks

Never mind, I found it.

I did not see the error as the forms I printed out (from the pdf's) did show they required UPC on 1 and Proof of purchase on the other.

Hi canso  do this go to officedepot.com scroll down to speciales  on the bottom of the home page  select mail in rebate center  select products computersoft ware/ books select manufacrurer norton  a list will open for the rebates. look carefuly at the list and click on the 2 rebates that you need . NOTE  nis 2012 3pc is again on ad  at ofice depot next week with a differt price after rebates so be careful whitch rebate forms you print.   I hope this helps. ALF60

I got my forms at the check out. Office Depot printed both rebate forms and extra receipts. It was just an error when they programed the receipts in their system and since it was only for 1 week the newer rebates are probably fine.
