No startup at boot it apears and unable to manually start. No LiveUpdate etc and no indication it's running. Scheduled scan it appears just failed with Internal Program Error and no option in pop up to do anything. Security Center says Norton Firewall on and AV on. Don't want to remove NIS and start again if possible as it's run error free sice NIS 2009. Any ideas?
