Hi,
I upgraded NIS 2011 to NIS 2012 yesterday and everything came over okay and saved my settings.
Now, when I clicked the Scan button to do either a Quick scan or a Full scan, it failed to start. It just said "Initializing." In other words, it's no longer working. I tried in Safe Mode and it did the same thing.
Has anyone else had this problem? Appreciate the help.
