NIS 2012 System Tray icon

When I start Outlook 2010, the NIS 2012 system tray icon changes (see attachment).  When Outlook is shut down, the NIS icon goes to normal.  Can someone please tell me wht the icon is telling me ? I am unable to attach a jpg file of the icon.  It is a white tick on a green round background and directly above the tick are two symbols.

This indicates that your Norton product has entered Silent Mode.You can find more information here:
