NIS 2012 Upgrade Question

Hi, everyone! I'm currently running NIS 2011 on a desktop in my home--and plan to upgrade to 2012 soon. (As in a week or so.) Anyway, I was checking the 2011's Norton Error Reporting Log, and noticed that I have a few...and I guess one was sent November 28th.

I'm not sure how to copy/paste the entire error into a post, but I do know that the severity was listed as "High" and the error code was: "0x80070005." When I pull up the tab, on the right-hand side, I see this information:

My question is this: How serious is this? Do I need to reinstall my product, or is it safe for me to upgrade to NIS 2012 with no problems? Or am I no longer protected?

I've had other errors like this, but have never been able to get a straight answer on here--at least an answer I could understand, LOL. Just in case I forgot, I have Windows Vista. Thanks in advance, Gina
