I don't know if anyone else has experienced this or not, but since updating, I'm having trouble accessing one of the configurable settings in the NIS control panel UI.
I'm using NIS 2012, version 19.2.0.10 on Win XP. I first installed 19.1.0.28 three days ago, and all the settings options worked fine, so I had it configured like I wanted it. I then updated from 19.1.0.28 to 19.2.0.10 using LiveUpdate, and have all the updates that are available at this time..
Before updating I was able to access all the features of the control panel settings in 19.1.0.28. After updating to 19.2.0.10, however, I have been unable to access one of the configurable options in the settings. All the other options work fine.
Using administrator access, when I click on "Settings", the next screen has tabs, the first of which says "Computer". The first category under that tab is "AntiVirus and SONAR Exclusions". And there are 3 configurable categories on the right, each of which has a blue "configure" link to pop up a config screen. The first two of those work fine. However, when I click on the third "configure" link, titled "Signatures to Exclude from All Detections", nothing happens. It's like a dead link--no screen pops up like it did for the first two. I don't want to add anything to that option, but I just want to be sure that it is empty.. And furthermore, I want to be sure that nothing else is broken with my product. This link did work and pop up correctly in 19.1.0.28. Has there been any known issue with that in 19.2.0.10?
