NIS 2013 13% constant CPU usage.

Just upgraded my PC and this started happening.  ccsvchost.exe 13% Cpu Usage just stuck there.

 

Components upgraded.

i7 3770k

Asus P8Z77-V Pro

16GB (2x8) Corsair Dominator Platinum 1600mhz CL 9-9-9-24.
