Hi everyone
Bought my fiancee a new Gateway laptop with Windows 8 that also came with a 60 day trial of NIS 2013. We activated it on Christmas Day and it appeared to be working well until today when she notfied me that it was turned off.
According to what she told me, it said 0 days remaining so for some reason, it expired and turned itself off. I had her try running LiveUpdate and check the subscription status but neither of those worked. Looks like I will be contacting tech support.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
