Hello,
I have problems with NIS since I have upgraded from W7 to W8 (end of last year).
There are two phenomenas that I can observe when it occurs.
-First in WLM when dowloading mails it keeps traying to download and I can't do anny thing else with WLM
- Second when I go to NIS and I look to the live update I seen the update doesn't occurs neither When I do the Liveupdate manual
It says that its has done the update but it isn't trough because it marks last update 4 hours ....5 hours etc .....
The only way that I can fix it is use norton removal tool en reinstall NIS 2013 after that WLM works fine and liveupdate also and this for one or two weeks and the problem starts again.
Is this a know bug and is there a solution for it ?
