NIS 2013 installed on new laptop running Windows 8. NIS has crashed/disappeared from system several times.
Have removed/reinstalled each time. 24/7 ONLINE TECH SUPPORT is totally absolutely incredibly deliberately useless. Their solution was to have me buy more product and upgrade - the tech texting me totally ignored the crashing and disappearing problems. NOTE: NIS 2013 running with no issues on 2nd laptop- Windows 7 Pro OS. Norton needs to fix Windows 8 incompatibility. Companies don't keep customers with bad product support. Have relied on NIS for years and would hate to have to start looking for replacement.
