I have a problem with NIS upgrade 2013. I used NIS 2012 for one year without any problem. Before 2wks I bought and installed NIS 2013 upgrade. After the installation I didn't saw any problem. Now when I restart my NTB (Lenovo 2012 model) NIS 2013 doesn't start automatically and I have to open it manually. This is the first problem. Second problem is that when I run Quick sears or Full search than after sort time Windows 7 show message that this operation failed and have to be closed and also NIS 2013 show failure message but without any code.
I saw that Norton released some patch (21.1.0.18) and this one was downloaded on my NTB but didn't help. Now what to do? Should I uninstall and install again NIS 2013? Than should I use install CD or link from my MyAccount? Have to be exported key number or will Norton recognize that my key number was activated but can be used again on my NTB?
