I just renewed my subscription and upgraded the software for NIS from 2012 to the 2013 version. My computer is Windows XP. Everything seems to be functioning as expected, except for one big issue. Every time I open iTunes and start the sync process my computer instantly crashes, then begins a restart. This was never an issue with the 2012 version of NIS, or the 2011 version. Not sure what's going on, and have not been able to come up with anything through a Google search. Does anyone have any sense of what the conflict might be between NIS 2013 and iTunes?
