NIS 2013: Network Security Map | Big-N missing?

I have computer discovery turned on (always monitoring).  The passkey is the same on all 3 PCs.

 

Two of the PCs are running Win XP Pro SP3 32b with NIS 2012.  The machine I have the issue with is running Win 7 Pro SP1 32b with NIS 2013.

 

Note that the network trust level is set to PROTECTED and all the PCs are set for FULL TRUST of one another.

 

Issue:  The network security map fails to display the other two PCs as Big-N Norton Protected.

 

Any way to get my Big-N back?  Of course, I realize that this is not a big deal and does not impact the functionality of NIS or compromise my security, but I thought I would ask just the same.
