Norton Identity Safe was working fine for me since (and prior to, incidentally) I updated my NIS from 2012 to 2013 in January, filling in my logins automatically, offering me all the available logins for sites where there were multiple logins in my vault. As of yesterday the Identity Safe functionality seems to have gone away. The toolbar disappears often and I have to click the icon by the Chrome
url/search window to get the toolbar to reappear. I never had to do this before. As long as I never closed it the bar was always there. Also the login fields do not fill automatically anymore, except rarely at random. I can see no rhyme or reason for why they do at times and mostly do not. Even when I go to the vault and select the login I want it will not fill the fields 90% of the time.
The only thing I have updated recently is my Flash, as far as i can recall...
Can anybody help me with this? The ID safe feature is virtually worthless to me at this point. I'd like to have it restored to its proper functionality as soon as possible.
