As I said, I have NIS 20.3.0.36 running on XP. I use both IE8 and Chrome. When I run Chrome, it comes up fast and runs with no problems. The problem happens when I shut it down. When I shut CHrome down, Norton runs at full (100%) CPU for 5 minutes. During this time, the computer is unusable. IE8 has no such problem. WHat is wrong and how do I fix it?
