Hello all. The other day I ran live update (NIS 2013) and in addition to the normal updates there was a patch. After installing the patch I had error 3048,3 pop up. I followed the instructions from the support site to fix the error but later noticed problems scanning (scans hanging up and not starting at zero files/folders scanned). I ran the RnR tool and when NIS 2013 was being re installed received a message that MBAM (free version) was incompatible with NIS 2013. I uninstalled MBAM and continued with the installation of NIS 2013. Since then I have been checking for errors and have run the autofix tool. Every time I run the autofix tool, it comes up with an installation error. Autofix fixes the error but when I run autofix later, I get the installation error again. I am not too confident that NIS 2013 is working properly. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am running Windows 7 SP1, NIS 2013 and Norton Utilities 15. Thank you.
