Hi. I know this has been a recent issue that was supposed to have been fixed with version 20.2.1.22. But I still, more than occasionally, have this issue at startup and have to wait about a minute for the icon to turn green. See screenshot below. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit that was reformatted only two weeks ago. After I reformatted I had NIS 2012 installed. Before installing NIS 2013, I uninstalled NIS 2012 through add/remove programs. Then ran the removal tool. Then I downloaded the NIS 20.2.1.22 file and reinstalled 2013. I am wondering if anyone else is still having this issue as well? Thanks.
