I have some NIS 2013 UI problem. I have update from NIS 2012 to NIS 2013 at june. After using it
about one month, NIS 2013 UI seem invisible. When i check on c:\program files\norton internet
security\MUI\20.4.0.40\images\ folder have no UI images there.
My NIS 2013 is running but can't see the interface. I can tell that because i can see NIS 2013 running with task
manager. This is my screen shoot.
After i read some suggestion in this forum, i used remove and reinstall tool twice. First on normal
window mode and second on windows safe mode. Both useless. There are still can't see the NIS 2013
UI.
this is my Lenovo g460 spesification.
OS : windows 7 ultimate.
processor : i3 2.4 gz
Grapic card : nvidia geforce 310m 512mb
Ram : 4gb
antivirus installed : NIS 2013 only.
i have updated the latest driver too. And the NIS 2013 UI still invisible.
Any idea will very appreciated. Thank before. :)
