Windows XP/SP3, previously running NIS 2010
Upgraded my NIS to NIS 2013, initiated through the installed product. When installation completed, it attempted to activate but failed with "You have exceeded the allowable installations for this subscription".
Went to Norton Management and I deleted the license that corresponded to date installed on this computer. My Norton account now indicates I have one available install corresponding to this product key. However, if I try and activate and enter the product key, I get the same "You have exceeded the allowable installations..." message. My recently renewed license is good until June 12, 2013, but I now have an installed NIS 2013 with only 13 days left in the "trial period". Help....
