I am clarifying that what I was reporting is not 100% certain.
Many reports in Microsoft forums was reporting that their system (that runs on the new Windows 8) hangs on the screen that says "Restarting" when they "Restart" their PC with the "Fast Boot" option enabled.
On the other hand, just choosing the "Shut Down" option works without failure.
Surprisingly, almost all of them are users of NIS and Norton360.
I am one of them that experiences this issue.
Please fix this if ever the Norton Internet Security and Norton 360 are really the ones that causes the problems.
I am not saying that Norton is really the one that causes it. I'm just saying that it is a possibility.
