Im using Norton Internet Security 2014 and it says that my protection is at risk. I clicked to correct it and it seems that Live Update gets updates, but at the end it doesnt solve the problem. At the same time, Action Center from my Windows 8 says :
1- Spyware and unwanted software protection;
2 - virus protection.
Both shown as important. when i go the action center and try to update it, it says i have to trust on symantec as the publisher and i do, but then it redirects me to the NIS app and nothing happens.
Also i'm trying to do an analisis and it does not do anything. it seems the app is not working... it opens but every option i click stays the same, just open.
