NIS 21.0.1.3 FINAL is out, so why still beta's ?

So the new  NIS 21.0.1.3 is out now, the FINAL, why are there still going to be beta's?

 

I ♥ the new NIS, looks great and feels awesome, big respect to the developers!!!
