NIS 21.2.x and IEXPLORE (IE11)

My NIS 2014 is up-to-date.

 

IE 11 in Win8.1 (and the Update) randomly will say there is an error on the web page and try to find a solution, can't, and re-open the page without a problem.

 

This has been going on for a LONG time, probably since I've had Win8.0 even. I do have the Norton Toolbar enabled. I have it enabled in both Firefox and IE. Firefox doesn't have the same problem.
