I have a question about NIS2k9.
OS is Windows XP Pro SP3. I usually don't turn PC off, I keep it there all day. After upgrade to NIS2K9 from 2K8, there is an error message shows up sometimes, which is following,
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library"
" Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Secur...
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
I do not know which part of NIS goes wrong, the message only says " C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Secur...".
When the error shows up, NIS2k9 crashes, I have to reboot PC to make everything right.
I ever contacted Technical Support, who asked me to uninstall NIS2K9 with Removal Tool and reinstall NIS2k9 again, I did it 3 times, but the error is still there.
And then technical support asked me to disable all services without NIS. I did it. Without other services, I almost can't do anything, and I'm not sure when the error will happen, just leave it there to wait for the error shows up. 1 and half days went by, it seems nothing happened, and I enable all services. During the time, I checked all services one by one, but services look normal.
Then technical support replied to ask me if they can close the case......
The error still shows up sometimes. Anyone can help me please? Thank you very much.

And more, after reboot hte PC, NIS2K9 looks normal, however, if I move mouse cursor to NIS permanent icon, quick menu of mouse right click don't show up anymore. The only way I solve is remove NIS2K9 and reinstall again. Help!
