What should I be able to see in the Symantec Scheduler window, when I press the new task button to set a schedule? The only icon I can is the 'Antivirus Scan'. The reason I ask is that the help file mentions that I can set up LiveUpdate checks on all my installed products, including virus definitions.
I have NIS 4.0.0 (with Antivirus 11.0.2, Firewall 4.0.1, Confidential 1.2.1, LiveUpdate 5.1.0, Scheduler 5.0.2 and Uninstaller 1.2) all installed.
It is not a problem to update via the LiveUpdate application, but I would prefer to set up an automated timed scheduled for all my programs.
So how can I set up schedule events to check all my programs and virus definitions?
