OS: Mac OS 10.8.1
NIS Version: 5.3 (63)
Application blocking continues to block the flash player auto update deamon even though its on the allow list.
Application: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Flash Player Install Manager/fpsaud
Need help on this one. The only solution I've found is to turn Application Blocking off (which I don't want to do).
Thanks,
Steve
I have searched every forum available but cannot find any solution to the CONSTANT messages from Norton asking me if I want to allow Skype, Google etc access to my computer. I've set all the settings to allow access, & have re-started the computer. I still get these pop-up messages. I also do NOT understand the Skype messages asking me about specific IP addreses; how am I supposed to know whether to allow them or not? I don't know the IP addresses of all my freinds computers!
This has been discussed here:

Basically, you will need to allow all incoming connections to Skype, since as you say, you cannot know every IP address.
