Hello, I've been running NIS 5 for Mac for sometime now and as of yesterday I'm starting to receive the following message couple times a day regarding a file I have protected in File Guard within Norton Identity. (The application "Java SE 6" is attempting to open a guarded file named "Encryption2.sparseimage. To allow access to this file, type an admin user name and password, then click Allow) Any idea why Java SE which is on my Mac running under 10.8 Mountain Lion would want to access all of a sudden after months of being protected within File Guard? Are there any recent reports of Java being used as a tool of choice by a virus or some hacker on Macs? I've been running Mountain Lion since it first came out and this file that is guarded within NIS 5 has never flagged me stating about Java wanting access to this protected file. Any idea or reasons what could be going on? My NIS 5 full system virus scans don't report anything unusual. Please advise, thanks.
