NIS 5 For Mac Won't Scan, Won't Update And Norton Support Can't Be Found

What is going on here.  No number to call, no ticket to create.  No help at all.

 

My NIS 5 for my Mac (with LION all of a sudden turned off Automatic Virus Protection.

 

Boooooo NORTON.

 

Please help..

I has the same problem. I contact the chat service and they fix it. Very professional. Just it took like 3+ hours. And be prepare to let them take control of you computer
