Hi,
I am new here but have used Norton for some years.
I just went online to purchase the new 2011 NIS (instead of renewing as I usually do). I downloaded it and it said it was removing the old edition, I thought it was active but then Norton pops up and tells me my subscription expires in 6 days? What is that about? What did I do wrong?
I am not very computer savvy ... HELP?
