My replies to posts concerning the problems with Firefox 38.0.xx and Norton keeps getting deleted for some reson yet the posts I replied to are still there. All replies related to existing shown posts.
Anway I will try this route. Since upgradding to Firefox v 38.0.xx I continually am crashing. Long story short, with long stories URL here(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1153824) after 4 months no progress appears. FF blames NIS/toolbar and when incident reports are recorded by Norton TS over 4 months, screensharing by NIS TS sez Mozilla is problem. Mozilla apears not to be seeking help from Norton and Norton does not appear to want to help NIS users solve problem.
My frustration level has reached its limits for both companies. Maybe a Norton support person might see this, read what the mozilla bug report is showing and lend some help.
