Although I don't know for certain that Norton Internet Security was actually working within my Outlook 2013, it was shown as installed, and Outlook seemed to work fine - once opened. The problem was that it took 20 long seconds for Outlook to open. After disabling NIS within Outlook, it opens in 2 seconds. I need a solution.
