I am having problem with the anti spam feature. It simply does not do anything. All crap mail goes straight into the inbox.
It is possible for me to mark spam mail as spam using NIS "This is Spam" button. If I click the "Open Norton AntiSpam" button, nothing happens or NIS will tell me that an error occured and that it is trying to repair itself. The repair is then reported as successful, but in reality nothing has changed. NIS continues to ignore spam mail and if I click the "Open Norton AntiSpam" button again, NIS will report the error again.
Another strange thing I have noticed:
If I open NIS everything's looks normal but the Settings button seems to be disabled. Nothing happens when I click it. The other buttons works just fine.
I have reinstalled NIS three times and every time the problem goes away to reappear at a later time.
