NIS Auto-Protect && CCleaner

I use NIS together with CCleanerPRO.

Currently I have a problem in my registry:

Missing TypeLib Reference IBackupLocationsShellFolderlmpI - {00020424-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}HKCR\Interface\{F0E3A5D7-80C7-4228-90FE-61DF01C417A5}

But I cannot fix it because of NIS:

I tried to disable NIS Auto-Protect and run CCleaner to fix it again but the problem still exists and NIS blocks fixing.

What do you recommend to allow CCleaner working?
