This subject has been broached before, but received my annual auto-renewal notice today and feel it must be brought up again as apparently the gurus at Symantec refuse to listen: Why does their company insist on charging auto-renewal users $70.00 when it's common knowledge there are cheaper ways of obtaining a legit license? Simply don't understand the logic behind this. You'd think the powers that be would be happy to offer a discount to long-time users like myself on the auto-renewal program, and yet they insist on basically treating us like second class citizens.
This is exactly the type of behavior which turns end-users completely off and it's been going on for years.
