I look after a relative's W7 PC that has NIS installed. I installed some new software today and then tried to test it by opening documents already stored on the PC's D: drive. Several files could not be opened and I received the attached Norton error message. I have looked at the security settings for the blocked files and they look OK. Other files on the D: drive can be opened OK and have the same security settings as the blocked files. All files were created on the PC in the user account and accesssed via the user account.
I have not got a clue what is going on. Has anyone any ideas on how I can fix this issue?
