NIS blocks download of "Patelco EZ Statement software (ezx3.exe)

This software was downloaded from a trusted source (my credit union) and they claim there is no problem with the software but NIS removes the file, ezx3.exe) each time I download it.

 

It this isn't the proper way t o get help on this please steer me to the right place.
