I just upgraded from NIS 2008 to NIS 2009, and now when I attempt to run Python IDLE, I get a message that says "Socket Error:
Connection refused." and another pop-up that reads "IDLE's subprocess didn't make connection.... a personal firewall may be blocking the connection." I set the python program to "Allow" under Smart Firewall and even tried to disable the Firewall but the error still showed up. I know that Python uses sockets in for subprocesses with the IP address 127.0.0.1, so NIS may be blocking that address/port but I haven't been able to find a solution. I am running Windows Vista and Python 2.6
