NIS cloud or local issue

I've just installed win 10 on my laptop and re-installed Norton internet security, I logged into my account on line and downloaded from there. When I clicked on Identity Safe to import my details which I had previously backed up, everything was already there. The reason this is an issue is that I'm not to my knowledge on a cloud based account, I've been local from day 1 and have turned down all reminders to convert to cloud so I don't understand where this information has come from.

 

My questions are as follows

 

1) How can I tell if I have inadvertently gone to a cloud account?

2) If I have how can I delete this and go back to local?
