NIS Dialog Box Issue

I purchased Norton Internet Security 2011from Nebraska Furniture Mart, Omaha, NE 68111.  On 3/15/11, I installed and after the install, it started initializing.  It did this for about 4 ½ hours.  I was concerned because it was taking too long to finish and I wasn’t sure if it was actually doing anything, I shut my computer down.

 

Several days later, I started over again with the install and it starting doing the same thing again initializing for hours.  I decided to chat with Norton’s Tech Support (Faraz Khan).  To make a long story short, Faraz ask for control of my computer and he install Norton Internet Security 2011 for me from the information (Product Key) I provided him.

 

After we ended communication, and the next time I logged on to my computer, the  dialog box below comes up every time I log on.

 

How and/or what do I need to do to get rid of this box?
