Every couple of days, I get a pop-up that says my protection has been disabled. However, all realtime protections are ON, and the Norton Icon is green, not red. Usually, a disconnect brings up the Windows protection warning, but not these times. I have NIS 2013 version20.3.0.36 on XP I have done a full scan with no threqts, and a live update. Any ideas
