NIS does not detect trojan. Warning W32/Heuristic-171!Eldorado 091016

Ok so i have ran 5 scans of NIS today and it doesnt detected the trojan i have on my laptop. I know i have the trojan because i play world of warcraft and it keeps warning me that this
W32/Heuristic-171!Eldorado 091016 is running in the background. I know that the vunerabilty and the trojan i got was from a trojan hidden in adobe flash player update. Can someone help me they already took over two of my accounts in WoW
