Even though my NIS 2010 version has been updated to 17.6.0.32, I'm unable to update the NIS 2010 engine 
. Tried many times, please help.

What language is your NIS2010 installation? What is your Windows version and SP, please?
I'm sorry for not mentioning it earlier.
NIS 2010 installed language is English and OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I have exactly the same error message running Vista service pack 2, NIS 17.5.0.127 - tried updating many times, tried the link to tech support on the summary page, which is broken if it ever worked, tried Norton Auto Detect Package, none of which worked.
