NIS Engine failed to complete in NIS 2012

what can i do;

i get problem when i'm update NIS 2012 version 19.1.0.28 with Live Update.

before using NIS 2012, i use Norton 360 last year ago but i have uninstaled that by Norton Removal;

i'm using win 7 Home Premium 32 bit;
