There is a MUI, NIS, MUIDIR update instead now. So be patient, it will all come together.
The W8, x64 Pro laptop mentioned in my earlier postings was off for several hours. When I returned to perform a new manual LiveUpate, 30 updates were downloaded and applied. 25 of the 30 were MUI, NIS, MUIDIR updates. Then, when activated, NIS version 20.3 was successfully installed.
Hope it goes well for all who posted here.
As you may have noticed, 20.3 was available briefly yesterday via LiveUpdate, but has since been removed. We noticed an issue that needed resolving, and we're slowing bringing it back out. Right now, NAV 20.3 is the only one available, but we plan to continue releasing for NIS and N360 over time. Please see my announcement for the most recent information. Thanks.
Same issue here tonight... This sucks!
Tony_Weiss,
I have the updated NIS 2013 with version 20.3.0.36 installed on my computer now, but you stopped rolling it out because of an issue that needs resolving.

Is that issue making my NIS 2013 unsafe now that I have it downloaded?
Should I go back to an earlier version or am I alright? when i downloaded and installed NIS 2013 last night , it installed 20.3.0.36 the first time.
Updates JUST came in to me! So run LiveUpdate.
I've Installed the new version NIS-20-3-0-36 and problem solved !
What of Comcast Business Class customers? NIS is still stuck on 20.1.
My computer is running NIS 20.3.0.36 just fine. Appears to be a stable version on two Windows 7 sp1 64x computers. Thank You Norton for continuing to fix any problems that occur.

TooStrong has not received any feed-back as far as I can see.
Personally I have two computers with NIS 20 Online where the update to 20.3.0.36 was downloaded through LU around 11:00AM PST March 5 2013. At this time the update should be unavailable. Are the updates I have received “bad” in any way?
In addition to the pinned product update topic, please read Tony Weiss's two posts March 6:
Hi,
The product updates(20.3) which you have downloaded are 100% safe. We are having some problem in releasing 20.3 via live update. That will be fixed soon. Once that is solved we will release 20.3 to all.
Thanks,
Senthil
Hi Senthil,
I received the 20.3 update on one of my computer, but not on my other computers. Is there a problem with the 20.3 update or is it a server error?
Hi,
Currently 20.3 product update is not available in liveserver. Once its available, we will be able to download that.
We don't have any problem with 20.3 update.
We will update in forum announcement once its available
Thanks,
Senthil
Hi Senthil,
Thanks for the quick answer.
