NIS.exe constantly using 26% CPU

Norton,

 

I have a problem with Norton Sonar if its enabled it will use constantly 26% off my CPU.

If i go too windows taskmanager, go too processes of all users and click on processes. Than Nis.exe is on 26% cpu.

Before the update from norton too go too 21.1.0.18 i had no problems. how can you downgrade this software?

Or do you have another idea too fix this problem.

 

I am running:

Windows 7 64 Bit Sp1 NIS V 21.1.0.18

 

At this moment i have stop sonar. And than all is normal.

But i think its not normal that sonar is constantly using 26%.
