I was going to put a copy of the URL that caused the phish but there is no way to just enter what happened to me. Why isn't there a link on your front page for people to enter issues? We can't even do that with your Support link. That is just stupid.
Your product failed and you don't even want to hear about it. At the time I was on Yahoo Sports and just clicked a link where a blogger was writing about SEC officiating. Then I got phished and you had no clue. Browser is IE8. I'll probably report the bogus web site to Microsoft. It's easier. You make a security product but still have no idea how to be of use to your customers. Just plain stupid.
And I just got an "unexpected error" by you when I clicked "Post". I guess you really don't want to hear about bad news.
