NIS Fix Not Complete LIVEUPDATE

This started two days ago (April5)....Red X in NIS.

 

I have run Live Update constantly.  It will say it's done, all updates have been processed and installed and then I get the FIX NOW, Fix not complete message.  I have run the Uninstall and Reinstall tool already and rebooted several times.

 

Please help.

 

 

NIS Ver 20.3.0.36

Windows XP Version 2002

 

And I just noticed that the date is wrong in NIS.  It's a complete month ahead.  Showing 5/7/2013

Hi Mel,

 

Check the computer clock in the tray and ensure it is set to the correct Date & Time for your time zone.

 

Open NIS v20 and click Support > Subscription Status to sync with the Symantec servers.
