Like another writer, I am also fed up with the confusion in installing Norton Internet Security on a Mac----and there is no one I can talk to, no phone number! I have a 24 in. iMac and a Macbook Air. I have purchased NIS for both. But I can't install or activate. According to instructions for OS X1.4-10.6 in the download package, I downloaded that version, as the regular version only works with Lion which I don't have. The application seemed to install okay, but my computer doesn't show it in Applications, and My Norton Account lists the purchase but says it is not activated. So, did I spend money for something I can't have? Please tell me how to get my internet protection installed and activated, or tell me how to get a refund.
