NIS Forum Hacked & Threat Explorer Submission Not Working

Hi All Moderators,

Ever since a screen showed up like Mo's thread here:

I cannot change a Documents folder in my name as it is set to Read-Only. I also cannot submit this Documents folder to Threat Explorer site.

 

Here is the page I get when I Reply or post a New Message in Norton Community Forum and hopefully the Threat Explorer Jpeg will display as well.
